What You Will Do
Close deals and meet monthly sales targets.
Increase sales volume while reducing the sales cycle time.
Identify decision-makers in 5 European countries via LinkedIn, warm referrals, and email.
Work in tandem with the Marketing team—content, cases, and webinars are already at your disposal.
Gather market feedback, test new offers, and refine sales scripts.
Build and maintain a primary list of potential clients, keeping it up to date.
Develop an extensive contact database in target countries, regularly verifying and updating data for each company.
Identify the real needs of target companies and log them in the CRM for further follow-up.
Maintain consistent phone contact with target clients to build trust and nurture leads.
Conduct regular meetings (online or offline) with key companies to present services and finalize agreements.

Who We Are Looking For
1+ year of experience in B2B sales (IT, SaaS, consulting, or similar services in the EU).
English level: B2+ or higher.
Experience in international markets is a strong advantage.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems; a love for data and numbers.
A «Hunter» mindset, consultative selling skills, and a thick skin for rejection.
