3D Character Artist (Human Characters)

L3D Studio is a company specializing in creating 3D models of military equipment for AAA games. We have created over 500 different models of military equipment for well-known projects such as War Thunder, World of Tanks, Armored Warfare, and others. Our specialists are regularly invited to television programs as experts in military technology. Some of them have their own developments in tank building, showcased at international defense exhibitions.

Responsibilities:

• Create realistic 3D human characters and faces (modeling and sculpting)
• Develop high-quality UV and PBR textures
• Build both high-poly and low-poly versions of characters
• Work on topology and optimize models for game engines
• Collaborate with riggers, animators, and the art director
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality for the project

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a 3D Character Artist
• Strong sculpting skills and understanding of human anatomy
• Experience creating realistic faces and full-body characters
• Proficiency in 3D software: ZBrush, Maya / Blender / 3ds Max
• Knowledge of Substance Painter / Designer, Photoshop
• Strong attention to detail and artistic sensibility
• Portfolio showcasing realistic characters and faces

Nice to Have:

• Experience with game engines (Unreal Engine, Unity)
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
