Опис вакансії

Global Ocean Link Lithuania is a European intermodal logistics operator with a strong presence in Poland, Hungary, and Lithuania. As part of our ongoing international growth, we are expanding our Vilnius office and inviting talented sales professionals to develop their careers and grow with the company.

🔹Responsibilities

  • Active B2B sales of logistics services.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing and new customers worldwide.
  • Prospecting and acquiring new clients.
  • Managing and developing existing client relationships.
  • Conducting negotiations, rate calculations, and preparing commercial offers.
  • Contract signing, and ongoing client support.
  • Working with CRM systems and sales reporting.

🔹Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics services sales.
  • Good understanding of the logistics market (road / sea / air / multimodal transport is an advantage).
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Languages:
    • English priority — В2+
    • Lithuanian would be a plus — B1+

  • Total compensation depends on experience (discussed individually) / Salary range: €1,800-€3,000 net per month base + commission.
