Key responsibilities:

• Participate in hiring and team growth processes
• Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and tools
• Plan the development process in collaboration with leads from other departments
• Provide technical estimations and contribute to project planning
• Optimize and automate development workflows and pipelines
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues

Our ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of commercial experience in mobile game development using Unity
• 3+ years of commercial experience managing a team of Unity developers
• Strong proficiency in C#
• Experience with dependency injection (DI/IoC) and software architecture
• Strong architectural mindset: ability to design modular, scalable, and reusable solutions
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools, technologies, and project requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and ownership mindset
• A passion for games

Nice to have:

• Experience working with third-party libraries and SDKs
• Knowledge of JavaScript and understanding of playable ads
• Familiarity with Apple App Clips and related development constraints
