    💼 Your role and impact

    As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the voice of Sensete Ltd and a key part of our customer experience. Your daily work will directly influence our success and reputation.

    You will:

    • Handle incoming applications and phone calls with confidence and professionalism
    • Guide clients step-by-step through the verification process
    • Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused support
    • Manage additional customer requests and resolve issues
    • Review applications, approve qualified clients, and decline unsuitable ones
    • Maintain accurate records and follow internal procedures

    🌟 We are looking for someone who:

    • Is fluent in English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
    • Is energetic, assertive, and patient, with excellent communication skills
    • Is genuinely customer-oriented and enjoys helping people
    • Has a strong problem-solving mindset and good analytical thinking
    • Is detail-oriented and well organized
    • Works well both independently and as part of a motivated team
    • Has experience in phone-based customer support (an advantage, but not required — we provide full training)
