Our Expectations

• Confident communication with banks and payment providers, including completing questionnaires and preparing required documents.
• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and other legal documents.
• Ability to provide clear legal opinions and daily legal support to the business.
• Experience supporting transactions, including share purchase processes.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and identifying legal risks.
• Reviewing and updating client agreements, terms & conditions, and contracts with partners or suppliers.
• Ability to manage legal disputes and provide structured legal feedback.

Future tasks:

• Communication with banks and payment service providers regarding the company’s onboarding process for account opening/using the providers' products in the company’s activities (completing questionnaires, preparing company documents required by the internal procedures of banks/payment service providers/partners, preparing responses to follow-up questions from banks/payment service providers/partners);
• Legal support for the company’s activities (drafting contracts, amendments to them—related to the products provided by the company, legal analysis and review of various types of contracts for the company’s daily activities, providing legal opinions on related matters, conducting negotiations and other legal support for transactions, conducting legal due diligence and preparing corresponding comments based on the results of the review, daily legal support for business matters);

• Support for the share purchase transaction (until full fulfillment of obligations);
• Provide ongoing legal support and advice to various departments;
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws;
• Review and advise on legal risks and implications of the institution’s operations;
• Review and systemise client agreements and annexes;
• Review and update client terms and conditions;
• Review agreements with suppliers, banks and service providers;
• Ensure that partnership agreements align with the institution’s strategic objectives;
• Advise on and manage disputes or issues arising from agreements;
• Preparation of legal comments in response to colleagues' requests
