🌟 What You’ll Do:
- Develop and nurture strong one-to-one relationships with VIP players through chat, email, calls and messaging platforms (Telegram/WhatsApp).
- Night shifts primarly.
- Craft and oversee customized VIP journeys, covering onboarding, long-term engagement, and value expansion.
- Leverage predictive insights to detect critical behavioral signals (churn risks, betting trends, LTV shifts) and respond proactively.
- Create and administer exclusive reward programs, promotional activities, and personalized offers, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Deliver white-glove support to VIP clients, guaranteeing rapid issue resolution and a top-tier service experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Payments) to enhance and refine the overall VIP experience.
- Assist in shaping retention tactics and loyalty frameworks that drive continuous player involvement.
- Analyze and report on VIP portfolio results, key metrics, and ROI while uncovering fresh opportunities for growth.
What we are looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry as an Account Manager or VIP Manager.
- Strong knowledge of player behavior, retention mechanics, and key performance indicators within the iGaming sector.
- English proficiency at a C1 level.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and communication channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, email, LiveChat, internal CRM system etc.).
- Outstanding communication abilities, high emotional intelligence, and a proactive mindset. The capability to balance exceptional player satisfaction with healthy business performance.
🎓 Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in VIP management or a similar role
