    Опис вакансії

    We are a fast-growing e-commerce company specializing primarily in Health & Personal Care products. With over 10 years of experience in the US and European markets, we have successfully launched and scaled multiple Amazon brands and continue to expand our portfolio.

    Our team currently consists of 17 professionals, and we are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Amazon Account Manager to help maintain and improve the health, compliance, and performance of our Amazon accounts and listings.

    What we expect from you

    • Upper-Intermediate English or higher, as the role involves written communication and phone calls with Amazon Support.
    • Experience working with Amazon Seller Central (1+ year required).
    • Experience with Amazon-related tools such as Kipa, Helium 10 Jungle Scout etc. is a plus.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work confidently with numbers, reports, and listing data.
    • Confident Excel user (filters, formulas, data analysis for reports and listings management).
    • High level of attention to detail and responsibility when working with listings, compliance, and account-related tasks.
    • Comfortable with working through a time-tracker.

    What you will do

    • Monitor and manage listing attributes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and overall listing health.
    • Communicate with Amazon Support via calls and written correspondence to resolve account and listing-related issues.
    • Set up and manage deals, promotions, and coupons, validating changes based on performance data.
    • Generate and analyze reports to identify issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Work with flat files to efficiently update, optimize, and scale product listings.
    • Create product bundles and promotional campaigns in line with internal guidelines.
    • Proactively identify and resolve compliance issues, preventing listing suppressions or account risks.
    • Maintain documentation and follow established internal processes.
