Billing specialist, accountant (trucking industry)

As we scale up our operations, we are hiring dispatchers not to replace someone, but to build a stronger team and support our fast growth. This is a full time job, and the hours are from 15:00 — 24:00 Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities:

• Creating invoices and sending to the factoring company;
• Checking paperworks from drivers;
• Creating statements for drivers;
• Working with aging reports;
• Contacting with brokers and figure out issues with unpaid loads;
• Filing claims.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• English B1-B2
• Excel proficiency
• Quickbooks (will be big plus)
• Logistics TMS programs
