Job Description, Powers, and Responsibilities

We are looking for a key team member to take the marketing helm of our e-commerce brand for the UK and Ireland markets. Since our product range is exclusively focused on women, we are ideally looking for a woman (or someone with a natural affinity for this target audience) who understands female shopping behavior and has a keen eye for aesthetics.

We are not looking for an agency, but a dedicated full-time team member who will grow with us. Your work will be built on three main pillars: Performance (PPC), Community (Social), and Efficiency (AI).

What exactly will you be doing?

• Comprehensive PPC Campaign Management: Setting up, optimizing, and scaling campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with the goal of maximizing ROAS in foreign markets.
• Social Media Management: Creating strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You won’t just be «posting»; you’ll be building a community and creating content that sells.
• Strategy and Expansion: Planning marketing activities for entry and growth within the UK and Irish markets.
• Reporting and Analytics: Regular KPI evaluation. You must be able to read data in Google Analytics and make decisions based on facts, not feelings.
• Leveraging AI: Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Leonardo, Midjourney, etc.) for copywriting, visual creation, and process optimization. We expect AI to be your daily tool for saving time and increasing quality.

Requirements

The position is suitable for:

• University graduates/students
• Individuals displaced by the conflict in Ukraine

Education:

• Minimum: Secondary education with a school-leaving certificate

Language Skills:

• English: Advanced (C1)

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role.

Personal Attributes and Skills

• Experience: 2−3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Performance Specialist in the e-commerce segment.
• Product Intuition: You understand the world of women, fashion, and lifestyle, and you know how to sell a product using both emotion and logic.
• Analytical Thinking: You are data-driven and comfortable with reporting.
• Location: Although the work is remote, residing in Eastern Slovakia is a huge advantage for occasional strategic meetings and brainstorming sessions.
