DMT Business Development is a leading B2B lead generation and appointment setting agency. We create tailored & effective strategies for clients based on their needs and goals. Our team generated over 2m leads for hundreds of clients and booked 10k+ appointments with businesses of any scope. Currently we have an open vacancy for Sales Development Representative Manager. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the SDR team responsible for outreach campaigns on behalf of our clients.
  • Ensure the team meets outreach goals, campaign KPIs, and maintains high-quality engagement with potential clients.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate the SDR team through regular 1:1s, training, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with Lead Research team to ensure smooth lead handoff and CSMs to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize outreach strategies for better results.
  • Participate in hiring and building a strong, high-performing SDR team culture.
  • Maintain clear reporting on team performance metrics, including outreach activity, responses, and appointments set.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience managing SDR, BDR, or client outreach teams in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Strong understanding of outreach campaigns, lead nurturing, and appointment setting.
  • Analytical mindset with KPI-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
