    About the Company

    We are a small AdTech company with 3 years of experience, working with research agencies and advertisers from the mid-market and enterprise segments in the EU and the US.

    Role Overview

    We are looking for a Brand & Content Manager with at least 2 years of commercial experience who will be responsible for the company’s positioning, messaging, and brand communications.

    You will take ownership of brand communications and the company’s visual identity, build a system and structure that elevates the brand and supports sales and business growth.

    You will work directly with the founder: proposing ideas and solutions, aligning on direction, independently executing initiatives, and growing together with the company.

    Key Responsibilities

    Brand & Positioning

    • Own and develop the company’s positioning and key messages.
    • Review, update, and maintain the Brand Book (tone of voice, visual identity, communication principles) and AI Agents helping with communication.
    • Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all touchpoints:
      • LinkedIn (company page and founders' profiles)
      • Sales materials
      • Website / landing pages
      • Platform copy (in collaboration with the product team)

    Content & Communications

    • Plan and manage a content calendar:
      • LinkedIn: 2−4 posts per month
      • Newsletter: once per quarter
      • Case studies — when relevant cases are available
    • Create content, submit it for review, incorporate feedback, and publish after approval.

    Design & Visuals

    • Create and maintain templates for:
      • Sales decks
      • One-pagers
      • Case studies
    • Create basic visual assets using Figma, Canva, or AI tools.
    • Act as a brand gatekeeper, ensuring the quality of both copy and visuals.

    What Success Looks Like in the First 3−6 Months

    • An updated and well-structured Brand Book
    • Clear and consistent positioning and messaging
    • Ready-to-use templates for sales and marketing materials
    • Regular, high-quality LinkedIn publications following an agreed schedule

    Requirements

    • Strong understanding of B2B marketing (B2B ≠ B2C — this is critically important).
    • Confident written English (B1-B2+). All documentation and communication are conducted in English.
    • Ability to work with AI agents: creating and refining prompts that help produce engaging, fact-rich content in our tone of voice.
    • Experience with Notion, Figma/Canva, Excel, PowerPoint (or equivalents).
    • Ability to work autonomously while closely collaborating with the founder.
    • Responsible attitude toward new challenges — «I don’t know yet, but I’ll figure it out.»
    • Willingness to register as a private entrepreneur (FOP, Group 2−3).
    • Reliable electricity supply and internet connection.

    Nice to Have

    • Experience with AI image-generation tools (Nanobanana, Midjourney).
    • Experience working with EU and/or US markets.
    • Background in marketing for SaaS or AdTech.
    • Experience with startups or building a brand from scratch.

    Terms

    • Format: part-time, no fixed schedule, but availability of at least 16 hours per week (between 9:00 and 21:00).
    • Compensation: base rate + quarterly bonus.
    • Fully remote work.
