Junior Outbound Specialist (Entry-Level)

Ubertesters is a software development company and the provider of a community of on-demand, global, professional testers with devices to help companies support their mobile testing needs. The company also offers a cloud-based, mobile app testing tool to help companies manage their mobile testing process and in-house QA teams. We are looking for a Junior Outbound Specialist to join our team.

This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who is interested in building a career at the intersection of IT Sales and Marketing. No prior commercial experience is required; you will work closely with an experienced Marketing Manager and receive full guidance and support.

Qualifications for this position include:

• Sufficient level of written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in developing a career inIT sales and/or marketing.
• High level of responsibility and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Persistence and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency.

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, or IT services
• Previous experience with email communication or CRM systems (not required)

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Send outbound emails to potential clients using contact lists provided by the Marketing Manager.

• Use pre-prepared email templates and content created by the Marketing Manager.
• Perform follow-ups with prospects according to the defined schedule.
• Monitor incoming responses and react appropriately under the guidance of the Marketing Manager.
• Maintain and regularly update the database with contacted leads and received responses.

• Ensure accurate tracking of outreach activities and communication results.
