We are looking for a responsible and proactive Customer Support Agent to join our team.

Key Requirement:

Fluent English (spoken and written) — you must communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally with customers.

What will help you succeed:

• Experience in Customer Support (or strong learning ability);
• Independence and responsibility;
• Logical thinking and attention to detail;
• Stress resistance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Basic skills in MS Word and Google Docs.

While on shift you will be:

• providing customers with quick and quality support via chat, phone and email;
• working in the system: receiving, processing and tracking orders etc.

See, nothing supernatural! But be prepared to work hard and quick — workload can get somewhat insane for a couple weeks in a year and we need everyone to do everything humanly possible to process all incoming orders.
