We’re hiring a Content Manager who can turn raw information into high-trust content that drives growth — without noise, cheap trends, or diluted messaging.

You will own content production across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook (and more), and build email marketing sequences that support a structured funnel with at least 10 touchpoints before conversion.

This role combines strategy, writing, brand judgment, and execution — supported by CRM workflows and modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Publish weekly content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook
• Build a monthly content calendar from brand goals
• Turn raw notes into ready-to-post drafts
• Write high-quality posts (no fluff, clear structure)
• Write email campaigns and newsletters
• Build 10-touchpoint email sequences per funnel
• Segment audiences and tailor messaging in CRM
• Track content performance and improve weekly
• Filter trends: use only brand-safe formats
• Use ChatGPT/AI to draft faster (quality controlled)

Requirements

• Strong writing skills (clear, professional, structured)
• Proven social content experience (Instagram/LinkedIn/TikTok/FB)
• Email marketing experience (sequences + strategy)
• CRM confidence (segments, tags, pipeline logic)
• English fluency (required)
• Understands positioning and brand reputation
• Fast research + fact-checking discipline
• Can repurpose one idea into multiple formats
• Uses ChatGPT/AI tools effectively
• Reliable, proactive, deadline-driven
