About ROOM 15

ROOM 15 is a growth-driven marketing and technology team helping mid-market and scaling e-commerce businesses overcome challenges in automation, analytics, platform performance, and operational efficiency. We work with high-load e-commerce platforms, deliver measurable improvements through data, CRO, and automation, and support sustainable growth via scalable technical solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will research and enrich lead data, initiate first contact with prospects, and convert cold outreach into qualified meetings for the Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is structured, self-driven, and confident in professional communication across LinkedIn, Upwork, email, and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a professional ambassador of ROOM 15 in all outbound communication
  • Research, enrich, and segment lead data using internal databases and enrichment tools
  • Conduct daily outreach using provided data and lead lists across LinkedIn, Upwork, and email
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to generate leads within defined industries and ICPs
  • Convert initial contacts into qualified leads and scheduled appointments
  • Clearly communicate ROOM 15's services, value proposition, and use cases to potential clients
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and outreach angles
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in CRM (HubSpot)
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs and outreach targets
  • Ensure all communication reflects the company’s professionalism, tone, and brand values
  • Provide operational support to other teams when needed

Who You Are (Person Specification)

  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional B2B context
  • Confident in handling objections and early-stage conversations
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-driven, energetic, and results-oriented
  • Positive mindset with a genuine interest in growth, outreach, and performance marketing
  • Interest in technology, digital services, and data-driven business models
  • Experience working with e-commerce businesses or platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, marketplaces) is a strong plus

Skills & Tools

  • Proficient in leveraging diverse data analysis techniques to identify the most reliable prospects.
  • Professional outreach experience on LinkedIn, through email channels.
  • Familiarity with Upwork and outbound best practices
  • Understanding of lead qualification (BANT / fit / ICP-based qualification)
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience with lead enrichment and data tools such as Clay, Apollo, Snov, Hunter, or similar
  • Ability to enrich, validate, and structure lead data to improve outreach quality and conversion

  • Consistent achievement or overperformance against lead generation KPIs
  • High-quality, well-qualified meetings handed over to Sales
  • Clean, well-maintained, and actionable CRM data
  • Professional, relevant, and high-impact first touchpoints with prospects
