Вимоги: Candidates Should have experience in Crewing on Senior Positions

Умови роботи: Monday — Friday (9:00 — 18:00)

Обов’язки:

• Overall management of the operational, commercial, and administrative activities of the crewing company
• Development and implementation of the company’s growth strategy, including expansion of the client base and market presence
• Establishment and maintenance of long-term relationships with shipowners, ship operators, and ship management companies
• Supervision of the recruitment, selection, employment, and crew rotation processes
• Ensuring full compliance with MLC 2006, STCW, IMO requirements, as well as the legislation of Ukraine and flag states
• Control over the accuracy and quality of seafarers' documentation (certificates, contracts, visas, medical records, etc.)
• Human resources management: recruitment, training, motivation, and performance evaluation of company staff
• Risk management and resolution of non-standard and crisis situations (crew changes, disputes, force majeure)
