Trainee Account Manager

Platipus develops innovative slot games for online casinos, and we are looking for a Trainee Account Manager who is eager to grow and learn alongside an experienced team. Requirements:

• Minimal experience in sales, customer support, account management, or related fields (internships or practical experience are also welcome);
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (both spoken and written)
• Interest in iGaming and a strong desire to grow in account management;
• Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships;
• Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn and receive feedback;
• Basic analytical skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluency in Ukrainian.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Account Manager in working with clients and accounts;
• Assist in client communication (emails, calls, meetings);
• Prepare internal reports and update client’s promo statuses;
• Collect, organize, and pass client feedback to direct Account manager;
• Participate in the launch of new games and promotional activities for clients.

Would be a plus:

• Experience in iGaming, gaming, or digital industries;
• Experience working with clients.
