We are a Ukrainian IT product company building innovative B2B fintech solutions in partnership with Visa, Mastercard, and other global industry leaders. Our products are trusted by top companies across the US and Europe, and we are strengthening our position in the international market.

We are looking for a Marketing / SMM / Content Manager who will own product and brand marketing and turn complex fintech topics into clear, persuasive messaging that supports growth. This role is about building trust with the market, strengthening product positioning, and creating marketing assets that help sales and customer acquisition teams win deals.

We are looking for a marketer who:

  • understands the audience behind every message,
  • chooses the right channel for each type of content,
  • and aligns content with goals such as brand awareness, trust-building, product education, and sales enablement.

You will work closely with Sales, SEO, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong market positioning.

Responsibilities

  • Own product and brand communication across digital channels
  • Manage corporate and personal LinkedIn pages (product pages, brand pages, and personal profiles)
  • Independently create content: write copy, develop ideas for posts, presentations, guides, and email campaigns
  • Define and maintain messaging, tone of voice, and communication style
  • Own and continuously improve landing page and platform content (features, updates, business cases)
  • Create presentations, guides, and marketing materials for Sales and Customer Acquisition teams
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and product updates
  • Drive engagement through networking, comments, and community interaction on LinkedIn
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, SEO, and Product teams on go-to-market and positioning initiatives

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on content, brand, and/or product marketing
  • Experience working with B2B / IT / fintech / affiliate projects
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn (corporate and personal accounts)
  • Experience with email marketing (content, campaign structure, assets)
  • Experience working with landing pages: content, structure, and updates
  • Ability to independently create presentations and marketing materials (PDFs, decks, one-pagers)
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator, or similar, at a basic or confident level
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and building trust in a product
  • English level: B2 or higher
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization principles
