    R&R Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Driver Recruiter to join our team. Your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and hire professional drivers who meet our high standards of excellence and safety in the US logistics industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strategic Recruiting: Develop and execute driver acquisition strategies to meet the company’s fleet expansion and transportation needs.
    • Multi-Channel Sourcing: Post job openings across various online platforms, industry-specific job boards, and social media.
    • Active Talent Scouting: Proactively headhunt candidates through social media, professional networks, and referral programs.
    • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Conduct interviews, perform background and reference checks, and evaluate candidate competencies.
    • Compliance Management: Ensure all candidates meet company and DOT requirements, including valid driver’s licenses (CDL), work experience, and safety standards.

    Requirements:

    • Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience, with a strong preference for US-based driver recruitment.
    • Language Proficiency: Advanced or Native-level English (written and verbal).
    • Core Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of hiring processes.
    • Tech Savvy: Proficient in using online recruiting tools, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and social media for talent sourcing.
    • Professionalism: High level of accountability, organisational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
