🚚 Senior Logistics Sales Manager

🔥 Our client is a fast-growing U.S. logistics company expanding its Expedite & Brokerage Division and seeking a Senior Logistics Sales Manager, a results-driven professional who deeply understands the U.S. freight market and is ready to own revenue, relationships, and growth.

This is a senior-level role, and we’re looking for someone who combines strong logistics expertise with a sales mindset and can grow into a Team Lead / Sales Manager / Head-level role over time.

Our mission is simple: Move freight fast, safely, and profitably — while building an ethical, people-first logistics business.

💼 What You Will Do

  • Own and grow logistics sales within the Expedite or Brokerage segment

  • Communicate daily with brokers, 3PLs, and carrier sales representatives to secure profitable freight

  • Negotiate rates based on lane data, market trends, capacity, and margin targets

  • Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth load execution

  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with partners

  • Track performance metrics, margins, and service quality

  • Resolve escalations and service issues with a senior, solutions-oriented approach

  • Improve sales processes, bidding logic, and internal communication standards

  • Act as a senior point of expertise for the team and support less experienced reps when needed

  • Contribute to the future growth of the sales team and structure

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

  • 2−5+ years of experience in U.S. logistics, freight brokerage, dispatch, carrier sales, or logistics sales

  • Strong understanding of U.S. trucking lanes, pricing logic, and freight economics

  • Proven ability to negotiate, close, and manage deals at scale

  • Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, Sylectus, and CRM tools

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail

  • Results-driven mindset — you care about performance, margins, and outcomes

Big Plus (Leadership Track):

  • Experience as a Senior Sales Rep, Team Lead, or Sales Manager

  • Ability and interest to mentor, guide, or build a sales team

  • Strategic thinking beyond «just booking loads»

  • Readiness to grow into a Team Lead / Manager / Head-level role
