Dispatcher (night shift)

An American based transportation and logistics company is looking for highly motivated Night Dispatcher to join our team.

We are looking for an experienced Night Dispatcher to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in USA market logistics, fluent in English, and possessing strong communication skills.

Job Details:

Work Schedule: 5 working days (11:00 PM — 8:00 AM Kyiv time / 4.00PM-01.00AM EST time), 2 days off.

Vacation: 1 week paid vacation, 2 weeks total vacation time per year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor truck status throughout the shift to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries
• Communicate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Engage with drivers daily, ensuring they have the necessary information to complete their assigned tasks
• Coordinate with brokers, providing updates and addressing any issues
• Checking Paperwork & pictures, emailing broker for updates
• Check the weather temperatures, to the delivery locations
• Work with drivers to maintain safety and compliance standards
• Sharing on call responsibilities
• Additional responsibilities may be added as company needs evolve.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in USA logistics
• Know the map of the United States of America
• Upper-intermediate English language skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work during blackout conditions is required.
