Trucking Dispatcher (American Market) in Warsaw

We are pleased to announce an opening of the Trucking Dispatcher position.

Shift: 14:00−00:00

Position Summary:

The Trucking Dispatcher is a key role in searching and booking the loads for our trucks. The position will be responsible to work with the brokers.

Responsibilities:

• Searching and booking the loads for the drivers that are attached to a dispatcher
• Planning driver’s trip (and keep tracking) in the USA
• Dispatching drivers (texting information to drivers, giving directions as needed, making appointments, providing informational support, etc.)
• Maintaining company database

Skills Required:

• Strong English speaking skills (Upper-Intermediate-Fluent)
• The experience in US logistics is preferable
• Be able to be proactive and make sure that goals are met;
• Take responsibility for the results;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office with a heavy emphasis on Outlook;
• Ability to learn PCS (similar to CRM) and other company software;
• Ability to make decisions and prioritize in stressful situations;
• Have access to the internet, computer, smartphone during a shift;
• Be a problem solver;
• Be a team player;
• Possess strong organizational skills.
