Email Marketing Specialist (Klaviyo)

The Role
We’re looking for a high-performance Email Marketing Specialist who understands both the technical engine and the commercial logic behind revenue-driving email.
You won’t be «sending campaigns.» You’ll be owning retention systems across multiple eCommerce brands, flows, segmentation, deliverability, performance, and iteration.
This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who thrives in agency pace, values precision over creativity-for-show, and wants to grow inside a serious operation and not bounce between freelance gigs.
What You’ll Own
Campaign & Flow Execution
- Build, manage, and optimise campaigns inside Klaviyo
- Own all core revenue flows:
- Welcome
- Abandoned Browse
- Abandoned Cart
- Post-Purchase
- Winback / Re-Engagement
- QA everything before it goes live (logic, links, segmentation, rendering, tracking)
Performance & Optimisation
- Track performance across revenue, engagement, and deliverability metrics
- Identify underperforming flows and campaigns — and fix them Run A/B tests on:
- Subject lines
- Offers
- Send timing
- Flow logic
- Segmentation rules
Systems & Standards
- Maintain clean segmentation and list hygiene
- Protect sender reputation and deliverability
- Follow internal SOPs and improve them when they’re slow or unclear
- Keep client accounts structured, documented, and scalable
Team Collaboration
- Work with:
- Copywriters (briefing, feedback, performance insights)
- Designers (layout, UX, mobile optimisation)
- Project Managers (timelines, delivery, priorities)
- Flag risks early and before clients or leadership feel them

- You independently manage 8+ active client accounts
- Core flows across your accounts are clean, documented, and optimised
- Performance reports actually drive decisions — not just numbers on a dashboard
- PMs don’t chase you for updates, you’re ahead of the schedule

Must-Have Requirements
You must have:
- 2+ years hands-on email marketing experience
- Deep Klaviyo expertise (flows, segmentation, deliverability, analytics)
- Agency or multi-client environment experience
- History of managing 8+ clients simultaneously
- Strong understanding of Direct Response and revenue-first email strategy
- Full-time availability (this is not freelance or a side role)
- Availability to work Saturdays when needed
- High attention to detail, you catch what others miss
Nice to Have
- Experience with eCommerce brands doing $3M-$10M+/year
- Understanding of attribution, LTV, and retention metrics
- Basic HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ESP deliverability best practices
