Owner Operator, Driver Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated Owner Operator/Driver Recruiter to lead cold calling efforts in building our network of independent truck drivers and owner-operators. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and secure top talent for our trucking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 150+ daily outbound cold calls to truck owner-operators using provided leads and databases.
• Gather detailed profiles, including work history, MVRs, DAC reports, and qualifications; complete at least 15 profiles per day.
• Screen candidates via phone interviews, communicate company benefits, and maintain a pipeline of prospects in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Track recruiting metrics such as calls made, profiles completed, and hires secured; report weekly/monthly results.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and respond promptly to applicant inquiries.​

Required Qualifications

• 1−2+ years in phone sales, customer service, or recruiting, preferably in trucking/logistics.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills for cold calling; familiarity with DOT/FMCSR regulations a plus.
• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and multitasking under pressure.
• Reliable setup for remote work (high-speed internet, quiet space); ability to hit daily targets.​

• Knowledge of trucking industry, owner-operator needs, and sourcing methods like truck stops or job fairs.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.​
