    Опис вакансії

    We are looking for a focused professional with powerful sales skills and a strong motivation to earn to join our team as an Owner Operator/Driver Driver Sales Representative. This role focuses on high-volume outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and secure reliable drivers for our trucking operations. If you have a natural talent for persuasion, are comfortable making cold calls, and know how to seamlessly build interest and close over the phone, this is a great fit for you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Making Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to truck owner-operators using provided lists, applying your prospecting and lead-generation skills to uncover top talent.
    • Screening Candidates: Conduct targeted phone interviews to gather work history, MVRs, and DAC reports, accurately qualifying leads to build complete driver profiles.
    • Selling the Opportunity: Use your persuasive sales skills to clearly pitch our company’s offerings, skillfully handle and overcome objections, answer questions, and drive immediate interest.
    • Managing Leads: Actively manage your sales pipeline, keeping your list of drivers organized and up-to-date using CRM tools so no warm lead goes cold.
    • Keeping Track: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as calls made, profiles completed, and conversions (hires secured); report on your weekly/monthly sales results.
    • Teamwork: Collaborate with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth transition for your closed hires and answer any final questions quickly.

    Required Qualifications

    • Sales & Outreach Skills: Exceptional abilities in phone sales, telemarketing, or outbound outreach. You must possess the confidence, resilience, and sales acumen required to pick up the phone and successfully navigate cold calls.
    • Communication & Persuasion: Great at pitching, negotiating, and active listening. You know how to ask high-impact qualifying questions and confidently sell the value of what we offer.
    • Computer Skills: Comfortable using customer databases (CRM) to track leads, alongside Microsoft Office, while managing a high-activity workload.
    • Work Ethic: Highly organized, heavily results-driven, and dedicated to hitting your daily call and conversion goals consistently.

    Preferred Skills

    • Remote Work Ready: Able to work from home, manage your time effectively like a true sales professional, and maintain a dedicated workspace (fast internet, quiet environment).
    • Industry Knowledge: Understanding the trucking industry, knowing what motivates owner-operators, and being familiar with DOT rules is a huge plus.
