Ukraine is Europe is looking for a committed and motivated Administrator to join our Medical & Reintegration Center located in the heart of Dnipro city.

Our Center supports Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs)and returnees, offering free medical services, social support, reintegration programs, a children’s playground, a community garden and weekly food distribution to vulnerable families.

🔹 Position: Administrator

📍 Dnipro, Ukraine (City Center)

🕒 Full-time

🌍 Languages required: Fluent English & Ukrainian

💼 Salary: Competitive — negotiable based on experience

🔹 Main Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational management of the center.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (medical, psychosocial, social services, volunteers).

• Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and international partners.

• Support beneficiary reception, orientation, and follow‑up.

• Contribute to project development (social services, community garden, food distribution).

• Guarantee compliance with medical, social, and humanitarian standards.
