Content Creator (Instagram, TikTok Reels)

We are a performance‑driven marketing agency looking for an Instagram/TikTok Reels Content Creator to plan, script, and produce short‑form videos for our clients accounts in home services and similar niches.

About the role

You will own the entire Reels/TikTok process from idea to published video.

That includes researching trends, defining strong hooks, planning the structure, and coordinating or executing editing so the final content is ready to post.

Responsibilities

• Research content ideas, trends, sounds, and best practices on Instagram and TikTok for our clients' industries
• Develop content concepts and angles that fit each client’s service
• Write clear hooks, outlines, and simple scripts for short‑form videos
• Create shot lists or guidance for on‑camera talent (our clients or our in‑house team)
• Edit Reels/TikToks including cutting clips, adding captions, graphics, and basic effects
• Optimize each video for watch time and engagement (hooks, pacing, structure, CTAs)
• Upload final videos in the correct formats and aspect ratios
