Middle UX/UI Designer

Got It Agency — We’re a design and development agency, located in Eastern Europe (Lviv) that creates and supports awesome web&mobile apps.

Вимоги:

• 2+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design
• Strong Figma expertise, including: -Auto Layout -Components & Variants Design -Tokens / Variables Styles (Typography, Colors, Effects) -Styles (Typography, Colors, Effects)
• Experience working with Photoshop
• Ability to work independently, manage tasks, and make design decisions within given constraints
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken)
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Solid understanding of modern UI/UX patterns, usability principles, and best practices

• Experience collaborating with clients and development teams Nice to have:
• Experience with Illustrator and/or After Effects
• Basic motion or micro-interaction skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
• Practical understanding of responsive and adaptive design
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems

Обов’язки:

• Collaborate with clients, designers, and developers throughout the project lifecycle
• Translate business and product requirements into: -structured layouts -reusable UI patterns -consistent visual solutions
• Design and improve: -user flows -wireframes -high-fidelity mockups -interactive prototypes
• Identify and resolve UX and UI issues (usability, responsiveness, consistency)
• Iterate on designs based on client and stakeholder feedback
• Take part in pre-sale activities (design estimates, concept exploration, early discussions)
• Present design solutions and explain design decisions to clients, sharing best practices when relevant
