Truck Dispatcher (Company Asset Fleet)

We are looking for a dispatcher to run Bennett company trucks and help us keep our asset fleet moving efficiently.

What you’ll get:

• Fixed salary of $700 per month + % after a monthly plan is met.

What you’ll do:

• Dispatch Bennett asset trucks only
• Build and maintain relationships with owner operators, brokers and shippers
• Monitor trucks, communicate with drivers, and solve issues as they come up
• Plan loads to reach and exceed the $30,000 monthly linehaul target

What you bring:

• Experience as a dispatcher or in sales
• Ability to manage multiple trucks and loads at the same time
• Strong communication skills and reliable work habits
• Basic understanding of using load boards and working with U.S. freight
