Опис вакансії

Requirements:

Proven experience in designing private houses, villas, or small resort projects
Strong skills in site planning and master planning
Practical, buildable design approach (not visualization only)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (or similar tools)
Ability to work independently and manage a project end-to-end
Portfolio of relevant projects is required

Responsibilities:

Design a modern tropical villa (standard villa type)
Develop a site master plan for 8 villas on a flat land plot
Optimize villa placement for privacy, functionality, and aesthetics
Plan access roads, parking, pools, terraces, and common areas
Prepare architectural drawings: floor plans, elevations, sections
Create a 3D model (SketchUp / Revit or similar)
Prepare construction-ready drawings
Adapt designs for rental and hospitality use
