Fox ESS was established in 2019 and, through its world-leading team of engineers and technicians, is driving innovation in power technology R&D, energy storage equipment manufacturing, IT data services, and new energy project development.

We provide advanced distributed energy solutions, energy storage products, and smart energy management systems for residential and commercial customers worldwide.

We are expanding our marketing team and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our growing business across Ukraine.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Marketing & Strategy

• Partner closely with Sales teams and customers to build and execute channel-specific marketing plans that generate brand awareness, drive category growth, and accelerate Fox ESS conversion
• Lead joint marketing initiatives with channel partners, including budgeting, campaign execution, and product launch support
• Identify opportunities with channel partners to increase brand visibility and drive sales growth
• Ensure all channel communications align with brand guidelines and deliver a consistent brand experience
• Act as the voice of the channel, relaying partner feedback and market insights back to internal teams

Marketing & Content

• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies tailored to the Ukrainian market
• Plan and deliver integrated 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
• Create, translate, and edit engaging content in Ukrainian and English, including press releases, brochures, website content, and social media materials
• Support digital marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, performance tracking, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging

Event Planning & Management

• Plan and execute trade shows, exhibitions, dealer events, and product launches across Ukraine
• Coordinate with vendors, exhibition organizers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event operations
• Manage event logistics, timelines, and resource allocation
• Travel as required for on-site event management and partner support

Preferred Qualifications

• 2−5 years of experience in marketing, channel marketing, B2B marketing, or event/project coordination
• Experience working with distributors, dealers, or channel partners is highly preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms, media management, and digital marketing tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools is a strong plus
• Valid Ukrainian driver’s license and willingness to travel for business purposes
• Portfolio of previous marketing campaigns or event projects is highly preferred

Language Requirements

• Professional proficiency in Ukrainian and English is mandatory
