This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements. Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.
About the role:
We are building a predictable inbound and outbound engine and want a PPC owner who can set up, run, and continuously improve paid acquisition across both brands.
What you will do
You will own paid search and paid acquisition end-to-end, from strategy to execution to reporting. Your job is to generate qualified leads, reduce cost per qualified lead over time, and improve conversion rates through better targeting, creative, landing pages, and tracking.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, and more.
- Own keyword research, account structure, match types, negatives, bidding strategy, ad copy, and extensions
- Build and maintain landing page testing roadmap with our design and dev team, including messaging, forms, speed, and conversion improvements
- Set up and validate tracking and attribution using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and offline conversion imports when possible
- Define and monitor lead quality signals, not just form fills, and push improvements based on real pipeline outcomes
- Create weekly reporting that is clear and decision oriented, including what changed, what worked, what did not, and what you will test next
- Manage budget pacing and experiment design, including A B tests for ads, audiences, and landing pages
- Collaborate with our sales team to align campaigns with ICP, offers, and follow up flow
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing PPC for lead generation, B2B services for the US/Canadian market.
- Strong skills in Google Ads account architecture, optimization, and troubleshooting
- Solid understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, GTM, and attribution basics
- Comfort working with a CRM and lead lifecycle stages, and using that data to optimize campaigns
- Ability to write clear ad copy and propose landing page improvements that increase conversion rates
- You can communicate clearly, move fast, and take ownership without needing daily direction
Nice to have
- Experience marketing software development, SaaS, or technical services
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead gen and retargeting
- Experience with Looker Studio reporting and offline conversion tracking
