Dispatcher Assistant (Evening Shift)

WORKING HOURS: 5:00 PM — 12:00 AM (7-hour shift)

We are a small, friendly logistics company looking for a responsible and motivated Dispatcher Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to start or grow a career in the trucking industry.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing load updates to brokers

• Calling shippers and receivers

• Monitoring detention time and ensuring proper follow-up

• Controlling timely payment for loads

• Entering loads into the system

Supporting dispatch operations as needed

After 9:00 PM — pre-booking loads for the next day (commission-based task)

TRAINING AND SALARY:

• First week — unpaid training (evaluation period). If you are a good fit, we continue cooperation

• Following 2 months — paid probation period — 15,000 UAH per month
