Опис вакансії

Our recruiting company is hiring a Remote IT Support Technician for a US-based client.

Location: Ukraine (remote)

Working hours: 9:00 AM — 5:00 PM New York time (EST/EDT); 4:00 PM — 12:00 AM (Ukrainian time)

This is a fully remote position focused on Microsoft 365 and system administration. No on-site work.

Responsibilities:

Administer and support Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID/Azure AD)
Support Windows 10/11 environments
Manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy
Work with RMM platforms
Troubleshoot network printers
Provide remote technical support to US clients

Requirements:

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
Strong Windows and Windows Server knowledge
Experience with Active Directory and RMM tools
Good troubleshooting skills
English — intermediate or higher
Availability to work NY business hours

Nice to Have:

Syncro, SentinelOne, Avanan experience
MSP experience
PowerShell scripting
