🚀 Business Development Manager (Licensed PSP)

We are a fully licensed Payment Service Provider delivering stable, high-approval card processing worldwide, with strong expertise in LATAM and high-risk industries. We are expanding and looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new merchants and partners in LATAM and worldwide

• Develop and manage partnerships with APM providers, acquirers, and agents

• Drive new business opportunities in high-risk & cross-border segments

• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals

• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity

• Work closely with compliance, risk, and tech teams during onboarding

• Achieve and exceed sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

• 2−3 years of experience in Business Development in fintech / PSP / payments

• Strong knowledge of APMs (especially LATAM market)

• Understanding of high-risk industries and cross-border processing

• Proven track record of closing deals and building partnerships

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• English — Upper-Intermediate or higher

• Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented mindset

• Experience working remotely and managing international partners
