Junior C/C++ Developer

Role Description

We are looking for Junior C/C++ Developers to join our team in a fully remote, full-time position. This opportunity is specifically for individuals who are eager to grow their skills and gain practical, hands-on experience in software development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on open-source projects and actively contribute to their development.
• Learn and apply best practices for coding, version control, and debugging.
• Work with experienced developers to build and maintain software solutions.
• Participate in team discussions, code reviews, and problem-solving sessions.
• Explore various programming languages and technologies to expand your knowledge base.

Qualifications

Required:

• A strong passion for programming and open-source development.
• Experience with coding outside of a classroom setting, such as personal projects, contributions to open-source platforms, or self-directed learning.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (C or C++).
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and Git for version control.
• A desire to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred:

• Exposure to containerization tools like Docker.
• Interest in DevOps practices or CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of debugging techniques or performance tuning.
• An understanding of network programming or cybersecurity basics.
