Game Developer (Unity/Unreal Engine)

About Us

We are a game development studio working across PC, console, and mobile platforms. Our focus spans from early-stage prototyping to full production builds, performance optimization, and cross-platform releases.

We are expanding our internal talent pool of experienced Unity and Unreal Engine developers to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

This role is ideal for developers who are comfortable building real gameplay systems — not just assembling templates.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking mid-to-senior level developers with strong hands-on experience in:

• Gameplay programming

• UI systems implementation

• Prototyping and MVP development

• Mobile and PC game production

• Performance optimization

• Clean, scalable code architecture

Bonus if you also have:

• Console porting experience (PlayStation / Xbox / Switch)

• Multiplayer or networking systems

• Experience working with live service features

• Experience shipping at least one commercial title

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement gameplay systems

• Build UI systems (menus, HUD, UX logic, transitions)

• Rapid prototyping of core mechanics

• Work closely with designers and artists

• Optimize builds for mobile and PC

• Refactor and improve legacy systems

• Assist with cross-platform builds when needed

• Contribute to technical planning and architecture decisions

Technical Requirements

For Unity Developers:

• Strong C# skills

• Experience with Unity UI (UGUI / UI Toolkit)

• Experience building production-ready systems

• Understanding of mobile performance constraints

• Experience with asset optimization and build size control

For Unreal Developers:

• Strong C++ and/or Blueprint expertise

• Experience with UMG UI systems

• Understanding of Unreal architecture

• Performance profiling and optimization

• Experience packaging and building for multiple platforms

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3+ years professional experience

• At least one shipped project (indie or commercial)

• Strong problem-solving mindset

• Comfortable working independently

• Clear communication

• Able to estimate and deliver features reliably

Nice To Have

• Console porting experience

• Multiplayer implementation

• AI systems

• Procedural systems

• Experience with Web3 or backend integrations

• Experience with CI/CD for game builds
