    Remote · Monday to Friday · 6:00 — 7:00 AM; 9:00 AM — 4:00 PM (New York time)

    We are Cleaning Laboratory, a New York-based professional cleaning company. We work with residential, office, medical, post-construction, Airbnb, and real estate clients.

    We focus on being structured, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven.

    We don’t believe in aggressive selling.

    We think it’s important to understand our clients before offering a solution.

    We are hiring aFull-Time Sales Specialist to handle communication, outreach, and revenue growth.

    💰 Compensation

    • $600 base salary
    • 5% commission on closed sales

    Example:

    • 8 jobs/month at avg $350 = $140 commission → $740 total
    • 12 jobs/month at avg $400 = $240 commission → $840 total

    Top performers earn $1,200−1,500/month.

    What This Role Actually Means

    This is more than just email outreach.

    This is real sales.

    You will:

    • Talk to clients.
    • Listen carefully.
    • Identify their real needs, even if they aren’t aware of them yet.
    • Guide the conversation calmly and intelligently.
    • Know when to move forward and when to step back.
    • You must feel the client’s tone, hesitation, and intent.

    Responsibilities

    1. Direct Sales

    • Cold calls (B2B and B2C)
    • Cold email campaigns
    • Follow-up sequences
    • Responding to inbound leads within 5 minutes during working hours
    • Conducting walkthrough coordination calls

    2. Client Needs Analysis

    • Understanding property type and scope
    • Identifying whether the client needs Basic, Deep, Move-in/out, Office, or Post-Construction cleaning
    • Clarifying expectations before quoting

    3. Pipeline Management

    • Managing CRM stages from Incoming New Lead to Job Scheduled
    • Ensuring no lead is left without an assigned task
    • Maintaining structured reporting in Google Sheets

    4. Internal Coordination

    • Communicating with the operations team
    • Managing Google Calendar for assigned jobs and walkthroughs
    • Daily communication via Telegram

    Who We’re Looking For

    Must have:

    • English at a В2+ level, as you will speak with American clients daily; an accent is okay, but clarity is essential
    • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role
    • Availability: Monday to Friday, 6:00 — 7:00 AM; 9:00 AM — 4:00 PMNew York time (non-negotiable)
    • Comfort with technology, including CRM, Google Sheets, Telegram, and Google Calendar
    • Communication style: professional, clear, calm under pressure

    Strong advantage:

    • Experience in service sales, real estate, property management, or the cleaning industry
    • Understanding of B2B and B2C sales cycles

    Not for you if:

    • You avoid phone calls
    • You need constant supervision
    • You think sales means aggressive pushing

    📈 Growth Opportunity

    • After 6 months, the base increases to $700 plus 6% commission if you hit targets.
    • After 12 months, the base goes to $800, and a 7% commission tier unlocks.
    • After 18+ months, you may have the opportunity to lead junior sales reps or manage key accounts.
