About the Role Join Mediaverse to transform our creative agency into an AI-powered ecosystem. You’ll study how our project managers, video editors, producers, and content leads work, then build intelligent agents that replicate and enhance their workflows.

Your Mission You’ll shadow our creative teams, document their processes, and build Agentic AI systems that automate content planning, design, video editing, and production workflows.

Core Responsibilities

• Observe & Document: Follow creative teams daily, mapping their decision-making and workflow patterns
• Build AI Agents: Create 9 specialized agents (content planner, design, asset creator, project manager, video editor, animator, producer, CRM, sales)
• Organize an Orchestrator Agent (that connects all agents)
• Implement Memory: Set up vector databases and RAG systems for continuous learning
• Deploy Systems: Launch and maintain AI workflows with proper documentation and diagrams

Required Skills

• Python fundamentals (3+ months experience)
• Basic AI/LLM understanding (prompts, fine-tuning, agents)
• English communication (written and verbal)
• Organization skills with attention to detail
• Fast learner with curiosity about creative processes

Technical Stack

Primary: Python, OpenAI API, FastAPI Workflow: Git, REST APIs, JSON, CSV processing Bonus skills: LangChain, Vector databases, Agent Zero, OpenClaw
