About APV Trade Solution LTD

APV Trade Solution LTD is an international UK-based company specializing in the design, production, and global distribution of Educational & Entertainment Toys and small gift products under our flagship brand Desire Deluxe.

We produce high-quality, creative items including keychains, small gifts, and novelty products, supplying partners across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale markets worldwide.

The Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager (B2B) to grow our wholesale and reseller network.This role focuses on finding and onboarding gift shops, online sellers, distributors, and retail partners who will resell Desire Deluxe products across different platforms and markets.You will own lead generation, outreach, partnership development, and revenue growth.This is an ideal role for someone experienced in B2B sales, wholesale distribution, and building long-term reseller relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard resellers, gift shops, online stores, and distributors
  • Build and manage long-term wholesale partnerships
  • Pitch Desire Deluxe products to retail and e-commerce partners
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and commercial terms
  • Find potential partners on marketplaces, social platforms, and wholesale directories
  • Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Build a consistent B2B sales pipeline
  • Support partners with product info, launches, and promotions
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat orders
  • Track partner performance and growth opportunities
  • Track leads, deals, and revenue performance
  • Provide insights to scale B2B sales channels

What Success Looks Like

After 3−6 Months: • Active reseller and wholesale partner pipeline • First consistent B2B orders and repeat customers • Clear outreach and sales process established

After 12 Months: • Strong network of gift shops and online resellers • B2B sales as a core revenue channel • Long-term wholesale partnerships driving growth

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:

  • Have experience in B2B sales, wholesale, or distribution
  • Understand how reseller and gift shop markets work
  • Are comfortable with outreach and negotiations
  • Can build long-term client relationships
  • Are proactive, organized, and results-driven

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling gift items, toys, or small consumer products
  • Existing network of retailers or resellers
  • Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Etsy, Shopify stores, etc.)
  • International sales experience
