Head of Dispatch Division (U.S. Trucking)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Dispatch to lead and grow our dispatch team, manage daily fleet operations, and ensure strong communication between dispatchers and drivers. This role is ideal for a hands-on dispatch leader who understands U.S. trucking realities and knows how to keep both people and numbers under control.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of U.S. trucking dispatch experience

• Proven work with dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds
• Previous experience leading or mentoring dispatchers
• Strong understanding of dispatch KPIs (RPM, miles, margins, deadhead)
• Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure
• Strong communication skills with drivers and internal teams
• Alignment with upper management’s vision and company goals
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher

What will you be responsible for:

• Lead and support a team of dispatchers (training, coaching, performance control)
• Oversee daily dispatch operations for dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds
• Optimize load planning to improve RPM, miles, margins, and deadhead
• Act as the main escalation point for complex driver or operational issues
• Monitor dispatcher and driver KPIs and implement practical improvements
• Ensure accurate load documentation and system updates
• Hold regular team check-ins and coordination meetings
• Report key results and challenges to management

Working Schedule:

Monday — Friday

8:00 AM — 5:00 PM CST (4:00 PM — 1:00 AM EEST)
