    At Lynksen, we develop human-centric digital products and help our clients grow through smart design, tech, and business strategy. Now, we’re scaling our Upwork presence — and we need a teammate who can take our lead generation to the next level.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    ✦ Generate and qualify new leads on Upwork through manual prospecting and smart automation.

    ✦ Monitor and fine-tune automation tools (scanners, filters, triggers, trackers).

    ✦ Stay ahead of Upwork algorithm updates and adapt strategy accordingly.

    ✦ Optimize profiles, proposals, catalogs, and saved searches for higher conversions.

    ✦ Write engaging, personalized outreach messages and proposal templates.

    ✦ Maintain and segment CRM for lead nurturing and timely follow-ups.

    ✦ Test and implement new tools, channels, and automation workflows.

    ✦ Communicate with warm leads and support early-stage sales conversations.

    ✦ Run A/B tests and performance analysis of scripts and outreach campaigns.

    ✦ Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams on intro calls and presale coordination.

    ✦ Keep reports and KPIs updated, contribute insights during retrospectives.

    Must-Have Skills & Experience:

    ✦ 1+ years of experience in Upwork lead generation or a similar role.

    ✦ Solid understanding of Upwork’s platform logic and algorithm behavior.

    ✦ Experience setting up and managing Gigradar or similar Upwork tools.

    ✦ Skilled in writing personalized proposals and cover letters.

    ✦ Confident in handling high workload and multitasking without losing quality.

    ✦ Analytical mindset — you love metrics and performance tracking.

    ✦ CRM experience (pipeline management, segmentation, basic reporting).

    ✦ Comfortable researching and qualifying leads across multiple ICPs.

    ✦ English — B1+ level (written and spoken).

    Hiring Process:

    ✦ HR interview (30 mim).

    ✦ Tech interview (1 hour).

    ✦ Test task (no dedline).
