About the role

We’re hiring a User Acquisition Manager who knows how to grow web-to-app subscription funnels and scale performance across global markets. You’ll own paid acquisition on Meta end-to-end: from launch and iteration to budget expansion and stable ROI/ROAS growth. We’re looking for someone who thinks in hypotheses, numbers, and funnels — and improves results through constant testing.

What you’ll do

  • Build, launch, and scale performance campaigns on Meta and Google
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve ROI/ROAS and hit efficiency targets
  • Own key performance metrics (CPA, spend, conversion rates, etc.) and drive them to plan
  • Manage and redistribute budgets based on results and marginal returns
  • Track performance via analytics tools and use insights to improve the acquisition strategy
  • Run systematic A/B tests (audiences, creatives, landing flows, bidding, funnel steps)
  • Stay on top of market trends, new ad formats, and competitor activity
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and the co-founder on strategy and execution
  • propose ideas for new creatives, angles, and new growth hypotheses

What we expect (must-have)

  • 3+ years in user acquisition/performance marketing for mobile or web products, ideally with subscription monetization
  • Hands-on experience with web-to-app acquisition (quiz → subscription conversion → instal), this is required
  • Proven track record of managing large budgets in Meta Ads (from $200k+) with measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and unit economics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CVR/CR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, churn, retention — and how they connect to business results
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude, Tableau
  • English Intermediate+ (written and spoken)
