    Genesis is an international IT company providing a full range of services. With more than 1,500 specialists across five countries, we build products used by over 200 million unique users every month. We are one of the largest partners of Facebook, Google, Snapchat, and Apple in Eastern Europe. Our ecosystem consists of 15+ companies and an investment fund.

    EverHelp is a fast-growing project within the Genesis ecosystem. We are a team of professionals developing an outsourced customer support service for clients worldwide. Although the project launched in 2021, we grew by 82% over the past year. Today, our employees are safe, all jobs have been preserved, and we continue to expand our team while maintaining a Retention Rate of at least 90%.

    Our position:

    • We stand firmly against war and unjustified aggression;
    • We evacuated employees and their families from active combat zones, provided housing assistance, and offered financial support;
    • Our team is equipped with mobile power stations and batteries;
    • We continue working steadily to support the future of Ukraine. As we continue scaling, we are looking for a responsible Customer Support Specialist who will help implement, maintain, and improve high-quality service standards for our users.

    Working schedule:

    • 24/7 support format, Monday-Sunday;
    • 4 shifts per week, including:
    • 3 day / morning shifts
    • At least 1 night shift (mandatory!)
    • Shift rotations are planned in advance.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Communicate with users, handle feedback and complaints via phone, chat, and email;
    • Manage several chats at the same time with consistent focus and dedication;
    • Provide empathetic, user-centric support to address customer needs;
    • Advise customers on product features, functionality, and usage through social media channels.

    About You:

    • Advanced/Fluent English level — excellent written and spoken communication;
    • Strong communication skills: able to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and efficiently;
    • Able to work both independently and as part of diverse teams;
    • Attentive to detail, persistent, and solution-oriented;
    • Flexible with working hours (including possible night shifts and weekends);
    • Strong work ethic and ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
