    Role Overview

    We are looking for a driven and organized Executive Account Manager to own the full lifecycle of our commercial accounts — from signed contract through execution, ongoing support, and renewal. You will be the central point of contact for our clients, keeping every moving part on track while ensuring a high-quality experience at every touchpoint.

    This is a startup environment. You will need to be resourceful, self-directed, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while keeping multiple accounts moving forward simultaneously.

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage active contracts end-to-end: coordinate delivery milestones, track progress in Odoo, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
    • Monitor account health and maintain clear status awareness (healthy / at risk / critical) across your portfolio
    • Handle client requests, follow up proactively, escalate issues to product and development teams when needed, and see problems through to resolution
    • Organize and maintain account documentation, keeping all stakeholders informed of current statuses
    • Drive renewals, upsells, and payouts in coordination with the sales and finance teams
    • Conduct regular check-ins with key clients to strengthen relationships and surface opportunities early
    • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven experience in account management, project coordination, or a client-facing operations role
    • Strong organizational skills — you track details obsessively and follow up without being asked
    • Comfortable working in Odoo or similar CRM/task management platforms
    • Clear, professional communicator in both written and verbal English
    • Resilient and persistent — you don’t drop the ball and you don’t give up on a client
    • Self-starter who thrives with autonomy and accountability
    • Experience in EV, energy, SaaS, or tech industries is a plus, but not required

    Compensation & Terms

    • $1,200/month base + performance-based bonus
    • Payment once per month
    • 3-month trial period
    • Remote / fully online
    • Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM Eastern Time
