Admissions Manager

Pechersk School International is a leading international school in Kyiv, providing a high-quality education to students from diverse cultural backgrounds. We are currently seeking an Admissions Manager to join our team and develops excellent customer relationships with prospective students and parents.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Bachelor, Master degree in Marketing, Business, Languages or a related field;
• At least 3 years of experience working as an Admissions Officer, Registrar or comparable role;
• Experience in an international work environment;
• English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the full admissions cycle from initial enquiry to enrolment and re-enrolment;
• Serve as the primary contact for prospective and current families, providing clear information about the school programme and IB curriculum;
• Organize and conduct school tours, meetings, and admissions testing where required;
• Maintain accurate and timely records in the school information system (Veracross) and ensure precise data entry and reporting;
• Develop and implement effective follow-up processes for prospective families;
• Prepare enrolment statistics and reports for school leadership and the Board in collaboration with relevant departments;
• Coordinate student registration, collect required documentation, and communicate new enrolments to staff;
• Promote student enrolment through engagement with embassies, the expat community, and parent networks (including PTA/Parent Ambassadors);
• Monitor customer feedback, survey data, and digital engagement (website, newsletters, social media) and suggest improvements;
