Role Description

We are looking for a Business / Personal Assistant to support the CEO by taking on daily business and personal tasks, helping to reduce their operational workload.

This is the first person in this role, so independence, responsibility, and proactive thinking are essential.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in Business / Personal Assistant roles
  • Experience working directly with a CEO or business owner
  • English proficiency at Intermediate level (B1) or higher
  • Strong skills in managing calendars, priorities, and executive workload
  • Practical knowledge of AI tools and applications
  • Experience in preparing, creating, and refining presentations
  • Experience with task management tools, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools
  • Ability to track, control, and ensure the completion of all agreements and tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Business acumen and understanding of how a company operates
  • Handling financial tasks and basic accounting support
  • Strong time management skills
  • Systematic approach, responsibility, and confidentiality
  • Stress resilience and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proactivity and result-oriented mindset

Tools: Google Calendar, Email, Slack, Telegram, AI tools (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

Business Tasks (≈70%):

  • Administrative support for the business
  • Regularly reviewing tasks and ensuring nothing «gets stuck»
  • Supporting sales and marketing processes
  • Organizational and operational tasks
  • Assistance with payroll processing and related tasks
  • Working with AI tools to optimize tasks
  • Preparing emails, messages, and basic documentation
  • Managing calendars, email, and Slack communication

Personal Tasks (≈30%):

  • Booking and purchasing tickets
  • Filling out receipts, forms, and other documents
  • Finding optimal solutions (services, routes, arrangements)
  • Scheduling appointments with doctors, government institutions, etc.
  • Planning routes and organizing trips
  • Other personal tasks (assigned gradually as needed)

What We Offer

Compensation:

  • Probation period (3 months): $800 per month.
  • After the probation period: $1000 per month + performance-based bonus.

Work Format:

  • Flexible — full-time (part-time option available)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.
