📌 Position Overview

Frontline Express Inc. is hiring a Safety Manager to oversee driver safety, compliance, and risk management for our US-based trucking operations.

This role requires strong communication with drivers, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring full DOT/FMCSA compliance.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor driver safety performance (safety score, violations, accidents, harsh events)

• Review and manage ELD / HOS logs

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and claims

• Conduct driver onboarding & safety training

• Track and follow up on violations and corrective actions

• Maintain DQ files and compliance documentation

• Monitor Samsara safety events (speeding, harsh braking, etc.)

• Communicate daily with drivers regarding safety issues

• Work closely with Dispatch, Fleet, and Operations teams

• Ensure full compliance with FMCSA / DOT regulations

✅ Requirements

• Experience in US trucking safety / compliance (CDL drivers)

• Strong understanding of FMCSA / DOT regulations

• Experience with ELD systems (Samsara preferred)

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple drivers

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• High level of responsibility and attention to detail

• Stable internet connection and ability to work full US schedule

🌐 Language Requirement

• Fluent English (required)

• Fluent Russian (required)

  👉 Must be comfortable communicating with drivers in Russian and working internally in English

⏰ Schedule

• Monday — Friday

• 8:00 AM — 5:00 PM EST (US time)

  👉 Must be available full-time during US working hours

• Experience working with US dispatch or logistics companies remotely

• Familiarity with Samsara, Motive, or similar systems

• Experience handling insurance claims / accident reports
