• Experience in international logistics and project management, with a solid understanding of logistics models, operational processes, and cross-border transportation
• Strong high-level negotiation skills with the ability to build win-win partnerships and effectively represent the company’s interests
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Strong analytical skills to assess pricing strategies, partner performance, and market trends
• High level of organization and personal accountability for results
• English proficiency at B2-C1 level
• Strong knowledge of the logistics market and its key players

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining relationships with international logistics partners — from initial contact to contract signing and ongoing cooperation
• Conducting negotiations with partners on financial, legal, and operational cooperation models
• Leading projects end-to-end to launch new logistics solutions, including contract execution, SOP/SLA documentation, API integration, operational testing, and full go-live
• Analyzing partner pricing policies and the competitive landscape
• Maintaining a structured partner database, ensuring documentation accuracy, and preparing regular performance reports for management
• Promoting new logistics solutions and services to existing partners
• Evaluating partnership performance and implementing improvements to increase efficiency
