Requirements

• At least 1−2 years experience as a game designer.
• Experience working on released projects (mobile games).
• Must: experience with puzzle game and hybrid-casual game
• Experience working with game analytics tools
• Ability to define, track, and analyze key game metrics (retention, LTV, ARPU, conversion, funnel analysis, etc.).
• Understanding of game development processes and project life cycles.
• Experience in creating and balancing game mechanics.
• Ability to write technical documentation and specifications.
• Experience with prototyping and level design tools

Responsibilities

• Writing and maintaining GDD (Game Design Document).
• Participating in storyline development.
• Collaborating with development, art, and QA teams.
• Design, prototype, implement, and fine-tune new features.
• Support and develop existing features.
